The Beginning!

 Hey Blog! I'm back again! I'm starting a new project as you guys know. My role in the music video is a stalker! Spooky right? For my costume I think I'm going to buy a white mask, just to make me look ominous. I'm going to wear all black to give off that stalker look. For one of the scenes I'm going to need some fake blood lol. I'm not sure where I'm going to get that though... maybe Party City will have some. I am going to be helping with filming the scenes that I am not in. I believe we are going to use my phone to film, but some of the other girls may have a better camera. We are still figuring some of those small details out. The video is going to have 12 scenes AT LEAST. My job is to figure out how long each scene must be. The video has to be a minute long. For this music video I hope to accomplish giving off a stalkerish vibe... if that makes sense. I want to act as best as I can. One of the other girls in my group will be doing the editing. I believe I'm a good editor so I might help with some clips. I'm am so excited to start filming! I think our music video is gonna be cheesy, but the more cheesy the better lol! See you next time! Editing: Sound Effects

 Hey blog! I'm back! Today I continued to edit our final task! Today was mainly focused on the sound effects of the film. So far we have completed the title and transitions. My group mate Kylie stepped up for the job of sound effects so I helped in areas they I knew. We wanted to find the scenes with suspense to figure out where different music will be placed. This way we can find sounds on YouTube or other websites to add on top of our footage. Being able to find the right music took a bit of time but eventually we found something. Actually adding the sound effects was a bit difficult. I had to time the video and the sound effect correctly to make it sound and look perfect. After watching the video over and over again everything finally worked out. It took a bit longer then is was supposed to. In the end it looked good so the time was worth it. Reflection-All About Me Commercial

 What technology did you learn to use?  While making this commercial I learned more about iMovie, Capcut, and YouTube throughout the process. Using iMovie was a lot more difficult than I though it was going to be. Editing was the most important part about making this commercial. You might be able to add a ton of photos into iMovie, but the commercial wont come together unless it's edited. Originally I was going to use CapCut because lately I've been seeing seeing CapCut edits all over TikTok. I thought I would be able to make a commercial with it. Turns out CapCut isn't very easy to use. YouTube was pretty easy to use. all i had to do was upload my video, but i did need a bit of help with that lol. What did you learn about the process of putting a project together? One of the biggest things I learned was that the process takes time. I wanted to rush and get my commercial done. I think I could've made it better if I took my time with it. Another thing is time management....
