CCR - MV

  CCR MV 1. How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues? My group did our research at the start of the process with other videos that were in our genre. We researched three other Taylor Swift songs to see how she made her music videos. This allowed us to get an idea what shots, angles, and what kinds of editing we needed to do. By doing this, making the music video and editing was pretty easy because we already knew what we were going to do. Our video represents younger kids turning into teenagers. Our locations were at Holiday Park and the Galleria Mall. Both of these places were spots me and my friends spent our time at while growing up. Whether it may be playing sports at the park or shopping for toys at the mall. The video is meant to show that as we grow up we encounter more things that we need to be aware of, especially as teenage girls. The video deals with the social issue of anxiety or stress. Editing Day 2

 Hi blog! I'm back! It's time for editing day 2!! Last day of editing and I am so glad to be done with this part of the music video! The music video will be posted next week! For today I will be explaining the transitions and how we got some of the shots to match the music. Starting off, there is a screen recording of me texting kylie "I can see you..." this clips was inserted to match the lyric "I can see you" from the song! I really love how we put this together! It looks really cool. Next, while Rowyn was filming an over the shoulder shot of me, I slide out of frame on the beat of the music. Honestly, I think that part of the video looks so cool! I love the idea that I had! At holiday park, I had the idea of adding in multiple wide shots just to show where we were. There were multiple fade ins and the THEME transition was used  to make this possible. For example, when the scene of kylie "running me over" was shot, I added the theme transition to
