Production Blog- I'M FINALLY DONE!!!

 Hey there! I'm back! I have some exciting news!! I have finally finished my commercial. If I'm being completely honest... I procrastinated so much! When I wasn't procrastinating I was working pretty hard. I'm not the best editor but the commercial came out better than I though it would. I used the beat of the song to determine when I would show a new photo or video. Part of me thought I used too many photos, but I don't think I have enough lol! I'm probably going to keep repeating myself, but I am just so happy with how the commercial came out! I honestly didn't think I was going to be able to do it. You are probably wondering what the commercial looks like. I promise I will post it on the blog soon. I need to make sure it's exactly how I want it. Making this commercial was so much fun! Looking back on old photos and videos and putting them in my commercial was nostalgic. I would 100 percent recommend making a commercial of yourself, even if it's just for fun. AHHH I'm so happy with how it came out! Like I said, I will show you guys what my commercial looks like soon! I promise!!!Until next time! Bye for now!!

Editing: Sound Effects

 Hey blog! I'm back! Today I continued to edit our final task! Today was mainly focused on the sound effects of the film. So far we have completed the title and transitions. My group mate Kylie stepped up for the job of sound effects so I helped in areas they I knew. We wanted to find the scenes with suspense to figure out where different music will be placed. This way we can find sounds on YouTube or other websites to add on top of our footage. Being able to find the right music took a bit of time but eventually we found something. Actually adding the sound effects was a bit difficult. I had to time the video and the sound effect correctly to make it sound and look perfect. After watching the video over and over again everything finally worked out. It took a bit longer then is was supposed to. In the end it looked good so the time was worth it. Reflection-All About Me Commercial

 What technology did you learn to use?  While making this commercial I learned more about iMovie, Capcut, and YouTube throughout the process. Using iMovie was a lot more difficult than I though it was going to be. Editing was the most important part about making this commercial. You might be able to add a ton of photos into iMovie, but the commercial wont come together unless it's edited. Originally I was going to use CapCut because lately I've been seeing seeing CapCut edits all over TikTok. I thought I would be able to make a commercial with it. Turns out CapCut isn't very easy to use. YouTube was pretty easy to use. all i had to do was upload my video, but i did need a bit of help with that lol. What did you learn about the process of putting a project together? One of the biggest things I learned was that the process takes time. I wanted to rush and get my commercial done. I think I could've made it better if I took my time with it. Another thing is time management....
