Filming Scenes 1, 2, and 3

 Hey blog! I'm back with an update! After a lot of planning, we started filming today! When we first started filming it was a bit of a mess. There were a few issues that did set us back a little bit. The group had some trouble taking the filming seriously. Many takes were needed. I wasn't needed in these film because my part is later on! So instead, I worked behind the scenes. Although working behind the camera isn't as fun as being in front of it I had a lot of fun! Based on what has been filmed so far I think this the outcome of this film is going to be really good! As we start to get more into making the film I am going to step up and pitch in a lot more. Making this process as easy as possible is my number one goal. Hopefully filming will get a lot easier and we can complete a lot more in a shorter time. One of the biggest problems out group has is being able to meet at the same time. Due to all of us being busy, finding time to film is difficult. In the time that we do have together, we get a lot done. I hope that each time we meet we get what needs to be done. Stepping up as a leader, I will make sure it happens. That's all for today! See ya soon!

Editing: Sound Effects

 Hey blog! I'm back! Today I continued to edit our final task! Today was mainly focused on the sound effects of the film. So far we have completed the title and transitions. My group mate Kylie stepped up for the job of sound effects so I helped in areas they I knew. We wanted to find the scenes with suspense to figure out where different music will be placed. This way we can find sounds on YouTube or other websites to add on top of our footage. Being able to find the right music took a bit of time but eventually we found something. Actually adding the sound effects was a bit difficult. I had to time the video and the sound effect correctly to make it sound and look perfect. After watching the video over and over again everything finally worked out. It took a bit longer then is was supposed to. In the end it looked good so the time was worth it. Reflection-All About Me Commercial

 What technology did you learn to use?  While making this commercial I learned more about iMovie, Capcut, and YouTube throughout the process. Using iMovie was a lot more difficult than I though it was going to be. Editing was the most important part about making this commercial. You might be able to add a ton of photos into iMovie, but the commercial wont come together unless it's edited. Originally I was going to use CapCut because lately I've been seeing seeing CapCut edits all over TikTok. I thought I would be able to make a commercial with it. Turns out CapCut isn't very easy to use. YouTube was pretty easy to use. all i had to do was upload my video, but i did need a bit of help with that lol. What did you learn about the process of putting a project together? One of the biggest things I learned was that the process takes time. I wanted to rush and get my commercial done. I think I could've made it better if I took my time with it. Another thing is time management....
