Filming Day Two!

 Hey blog! I'm back! Filming day two was very successful! Surprisingly enough my group got the filming done a lot quicker than I thought we would. Yesterday was the second day of filming. Around 11 scenes were filmed yesterday. After the first day of filming the music video was only 26 seconds long. My group knew we needed to make the scenes at location two longer. I'm not sure if I already told you, but Holiday Park was where we filmed the second part of the video. Yesterday was probably my favorite filming day. That may be because got hit by a car (for the video) and when I watched the footage over I couldn't stop laughing! In the first part of the video it was mainly focused on Kylie and what she was doing as I was "stalking" her. With our latest part of filming I was involved in a lot more scenes. I was shown walking after Kylie and allowing myself to be seen by her. Now that the filming part is over, its time to start editing. Rowyn has stated putting the videos into iMovie! The editing will most likely start this weekend and if not, next week. As always, I will keep you guys updated! Almost done! Bye for now!

Editing: Sound Effects

 Hey blog! I'm back! Today I continued to edit our final task! Today was mainly focused on the sound effects of the film. So far we have completed the title and transitions. My group mate Kylie stepped up for the job of sound effects so I helped in areas they I knew. We wanted to find the scenes with suspense to figure out where different music will be placed. This way we can find sounds on YouTube or other websites to add on top of our footage. Being able to find the right music took a bit of time but eventually we found something. Actually adding the sound effects was a bit difficult. I had to time the video and the sound effect correctly to make it sound and look perfect. After watching the video over and over again everything finally worked out. It took a bit longer then is was supposed to. In the end it looked good so the time was worth it. Reflection-All About Me Commercial

 What technology did you learn to use?  While making this commercial I learned more about iMovie, Capcut, and YouTube throughout the process. Using iMovie was a lot more difficult than I though it was going to be. Editing was the most important part about making this commercial. You might be able to add a ton of photos into iMovie, but the commercial wont come together unless it's edited. Originally I was going to use CapCut because lately I've been seeing seeing CapCut edits all over TikTok. I thought I would be able to make a commercial with it. Turns out CapCut isn't very easy to use. YouTube was pretty easy to use. all i had to do was upload my video, but i did need a bit of help with that lol. What did you learn about the process of putting a project together? One of the biggest things I learned was that the process takes time. I wanted to rush and get my commercial done. I think I could've made it better if I took my time with it. Another thing is time management....
